❌ Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order products are final sale.
Because these items are created just for you (and often shipped directly from our print partner), we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these orders.
✅ Ready-to-Ship Items (like our kimonos)
We accept returns for ready-to-ship items in new, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.

Ship the item back using your preferred carrier and share the tracking number.

Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at britt@prideboxco.com with photos. We’ll make it right!
