📦 Shipping Policy

Thanks so much for shopping with us! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

🚚 How We Ship

  • Ready-to-Ship Products
    These items are in stock and ship from our studio via UPS. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

  • Made-to-Order Products
    These are produced and shipped by our trusted print partner, Printful. They use reliable carriers like USPS, FedEx, or DHL based on your location.

⏱️ Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders: 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-Order Items: 2–7 business days to produce, then shipped

📦 Split Shipments

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, don’t worry — they may arrive separately. You’ll get tracking info for each package.

🌍 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States.
Some Printful-made items may be available for international delivery — reach out to us before placing an order if you’re outside the U.S.

🛑 Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't make changes once an order is placed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays once your order is with the carrier

  • Packages marked "delivered" but not received

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
